A Session on Managing Stress

Global Creative Hub collaborated with a mental health app to host "Managing Stress During COVID-19" along with a YouTube livestream which had more than 50+ participants and focused on tips and tricks for students to help them with stress management during the global pandemic.
In the session will discussed strategies on how to manage your lifestyle and adjust in a fast-paced digital world. We also talked about the many ways you can use to improve your mental well-being and be a compassionate individual.
